Fat: 52.35g | Prot: 95.33g | Carb: 262.96g.   Breakfast:  egg boiled, lettuce salad with avocado, non-fat milk, tea, whole wheat bred. Lunch:  blackeyed peas, plantain, salmon, tomato sauce with onions, green pepper. Dinner:  chicken stir fry, tea, whole grain noodles. Snacks/Other:  yoghurt, banana, ghirardelli hot chocolate, mango, non fat milk, peanut butter cookies, roasted unsalted peanuts.
