Fat: 52.35g | Prot: 95.33g | Carb: 262.96g.   Breakfast:  whole wheat bred, lettuce salad with avocado, egg boiled, non-fat milk, tea. Lunch:  plantain, blackeyed peas, tomato sauce with onions, green pepper, salmon. Dinner:  whole grain noodles, chicken stir fry, tea. Snacks/Other:  mango, yoghurt, banana, roasted unsalted peanuts, ghirardelli hot chocolate, non fat milk, peanut butter cookies.
