Fat: 98.86g | Prot: 129.01g | Carb: 218.21g.   Breakfast:  Glucose Control. Lunch:  Cherry Tomatoes, Cottage Cheese, Cauliflower, Radishes. Dinner:  trout burgers, hamburger buns, Swiss Cheese Slices, Cottage Cheese, Cauliflower, Cherry Tomatoes, Radishes, Cucumber (with Peel), Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, french onion dip. Snacks/Other:  ciabatta roll, creamy peanut butter, chunky salsa, blue corn chips, Bananas (Large), Beef Frankfurter or Hot Dog.
