Fat: 98.86g | Prot: 129.01g | Carb: 218.21g.   Breakfast:  Glucose Control. Lunch:  Cauliflower, Cherry Tomatoes, Cottage Cheese, Radishes. Dinner:  Cauliflower, Cherry Tomatoes, Cottage Cheese, Cucumber (with Peel), Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, french onion dip, hamburger buns, Radishes, Swiss Cheese Slices, trout burgers. Snacks/Other:  Bananas (Large), Beef Frankfurter or Hot Dog, blue corn chips, chunky salsa, ciabatta roll, creamy peanut butter.
