Fat: 113.42g | Prot: 84.58g | Carb: 54.44g.   Breakfast:  Atkins pancakes, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Nature's Hollow Sugar Free Maple Flavored Syrup. Lunch:  Broccoli, Cheddar Cheese, Egg, Fresh Selections Leafy Romaine, Half and Half Cream, Mayonnaise, Strawberries, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Atkins Advantage Cashew Trail Mix Bar, Eating Right Spring Mix Salad Greens, Ranch Salad Dressing. Snacks/Other:  no bake strawberry low carb cheesecake, Planters Mixed Nuts.
