I feel fine today, but this morning when faced with low carb breakfast, I was like "yucky", but ate it anyways.

Fat: 81.74g | Prot: 69.20g | Carb: 46.28g.   Breakfast:  Canadian Bacon, Atkins Muffin in A Minute, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen). Lunch:  Celery, Cream Cheese, Mayonnaise, Egg, Lettuce, Atkins Advantage Cashew Trail Mix Bar. Dinner:  Pepperidge Farm Carb Style Soft 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Ham (Center Slice, Country-Style, Lean Only, Cured), Asparagus, American Value Green Beans (Canned), Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, no bake strawberry low carb cheesecake.
