Fat: 93.36g | Prot: 105.95g | Carb: 224.90g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Whole Wheat Bread, Smooth Peanut Butter (with Salt), 1% Fat Milk, Bananas. Lunch:  French Onion Soup (with Cheese & Croutons), Apples. Dinner:  Chicken Soft Tacos (with Tomato and Lettuce). Snacks/Other:  Sweet Potato Fries, Pork Gyoza Potstickers, Green String Beans, Shaved Deli Thin Smoked Honey Ham, 2% Milk American Cheese Singles.
