Fat: 93.36g | Prot: 105.95g | Carb: 224.90g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Bananas, Coffee, Smooth Peanut Butter (with Salt), Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Apples, French Onion Soup (with Cheese & Croutons). Dinner:  Chicken Soft Tacos (with Tomato and Lettuce). Snacks/Other:  2% Milk American Cheese Singles, Green String Beans, Pork Gyoza Potstickers, Shaved Deli Thin Smoked Honey Ham, Sweet Potato Fries.
