Fat: 69.83g | Prot: 82.42g | Carb: 301.84g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Bananas, Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), Honey, Instant Oatmeal, Pears. Lunch:  Apples, Bananas, Carrots, Kraft 2% Milk American Cheese Singles, Land O' Frost Premium Honey Ham, Market Pantry Pretzel Mini Twists, Maruchan Instant Lunch - Lime Chili with Shrimp. Dinner:  Puerto Rican Style Tamale Casserole (Tamales En Cazuela).
