Fat: 60.37g | Prot: 86.12g | Carb: 205.58g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Apples, Coffee, Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), Honey, Instant Oatmeal. Lunch:  Carrots, Kirkland Signature Sliced Oven-Roasted Turkey Breast, Kraft 2% Milk American Cheese Singles, Popchips Barbeque Potato Chips. Dinner:  Au Bon Pain Black Bean and Corn Salad, Chicken Drumstick (Skin Not Eaten), Ore-Ida Sweet Potato Fries.
