Fat: 60.30g | Prot: 93.00g | Carb: 317.06g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Bananas , Coffee, Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), Honey, Instant Oatmeal, Peach. Lunch:  Bananas, Carrots, Granny Smith Apples, H.K. Anderson Mini Twist Pretzels, Kirkland Signature Sliced Oven-Roasted Turkey Breast, Kraft 2% Milk American Cheese Singles. Dinner:  Shrimp Tempura, Southern Tsunami Sushi Bar Spicy Tuna Roll, Sushi, Vegetable Tempura.
