Fat: 82.74g | Prot: 76.45g | Carb: 335.24g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Apples, Bananas , Coffee, Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), Honey, Instant Oatmeal. Lunch:  Apples, Carrots, Land O' Frost Old World Style Black Forest Ham, Popchips Barbeque Potato Chips. Dinner:  Buttery Spread Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Honey, Orange Juice, Pasta with Meat Sauce, Whole Wheat Bread.
