Fat: 98.35g | Prot: 97.22g | Carb: 227.19g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Bananas, Cinnamon Oat Crunch, Coffee, Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), Milk (Nonfat), Red Delicious Apples. Lunch:  Bananas, Deli Fresh Honey Ham, Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), Fat Free American Cheese Singles. Dinner:  Taco or Tostada with Beef, Lettuce, Tomato and Salsa.
