Fat: 52.45g | Prot: 73.33g | Carb: 300.88g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, About 40% Fat Reduced Calorie Salted Margarine-Like Spread Tub, Banana, Coffee, Corn Flakes, Granulated White Pure Cane Sugar, Milk (Nonfat), Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  2% Milk American Cheese Singles, Bananas, Carrots, Ramen Noodle Soup - Chicken Flavor, Red Delicious Apples, Thin Sliced Turkey Breast. Dinner:  Beef Shortribs, Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), SPAM Musubi.
