Fat: 48.69g | Prot: 89.09g | Carb: 231.14g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Banana, Coffee, Corn Flakes, Granulated White Pure Cane Sugar, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch:  2% Milk American Cheese Singles, Carrots, Ramen Noodle Soup - Chicken Flavor, Thin Sliced Turkey Breast. Dinner:  Potato French Fries, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Drumstick. Snacks/Other:  Banana, Granny Smith Apples.
