Lunch:  Butter, Rudi's Organic Bakery Spelt Bread, Trader Joe's Sliced Goat's Milk Dutch Cheese. Dinner:  Broccoli, Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Cocktail Sauce, Shrimp.
