Fat: 53.09g | Prot: 67.49g | Carb: 306.15g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Bananas , Coffee, Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), Granny Smith Apples, Honey, Instant Oatmeal. Lunch:  Aunt Nellie's 3 Bean Salad, Brown Rice, Chicken Drumstick, Chicken Thigh. Dinner:  Nong Shim Japanese Style Udon Noodle Soup.
