Lunch:  Bananas, Honey, Kraft 2% Milk American Cheese Singles, Land O' Frost Premium Honey Ham, Smart Balance Buttery Spread Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Chicken Thigh, Frozen Yogurt.
