Fat: 134.31g | Prot: 146.95g | Carb: 271.86g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Coffee, Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), Lasagna with Meat and Spinach. Lunch:  Frozen Yogurt, Jersey Mike's #7 Turkey Breast & Provolone on White (Regular). Dinner:  Kraft Free Italian Fat Free Dressing, Lettuce, Smooth Peanut Butter (with Salt), Whole Wheat Bread.
