Fat: 92.23g | Prot: 87.71g | Carb: 293.39g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Bananas, Coffee, Honey, Trader Joe's Bran Flakes. Lunch:  Bananas, Cedarlane Natural Foods Three Layer Enchilada Pie, Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), Granny Smith Apples, Oranges. Dinner:  Lasagna with Meat and Spinach. Snacks/Other:  Peanut Butter, Whole Wheat Bread.
