Fat: 93.46g | Prot: 96.38g | Carb: 356.81g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Bananas, Coffee, Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), granny smith apple, Honey, Instant Oatmeal. Lunch:  banana, Celery, hillshire farms ham, kraft swiss singles, Orange, pirate's booty. Dinner:  broccoli-cauliflower soup, Chinese Fried Rice.
