Fat: 52.71g | Prot: 38.17g | Carb: 246.90g.   Breakfast:  coffee creame, decaffinated coffee, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), slice bread, sugar substitute, turkey bacon 1 slice. Lunch:  arbys, arbys curly fries, Pepsi (Can). Dinner:  15 Bean Soup, lemonade. Snacks/Other:  frozen yogurt.
