Fat: 69.59g | Prot: 96.57g | Carb: 44.00g.   Breakfast:  atkins farm house style breakfast, atkins shake mocha latte, coffe, creamer. Lunch:  cookies n creme bar, mocha latte shake. Dinner:  broccoli and cauliflower, chicken tenders. Snacks/Other:  chocolate coconut bar.
