Fat: 46.84g | Prot: 62.52g | Carb: 154.35g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Cream. Lunch:  Sweet Pickle Relish, Mustard, Ketchup, Franz Jumbo Hot Dog Buns, Root Beer, Beef and Pork Frankfurter or Hot Dog. Dinner:  Beef T-Bone Steak (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Quinoa (Cooked), Spinach, Asparagus, Cucumber (with Peel), Sweet Red Peppers, Yellow Sweet Peppers.
