Fat: 54.87g | Prot: 106.39g | Carb: 140.59g.   Breakfast:  clementine, large egg, turkey bacon. Lunch:  smart ones lasagna. Dinner:  balsamic, chicken breast, parmesan cheese, parmesan cheese, trail mix. Snacks/Other:  campbells soup at hand tomato, pineapple greek yogurt, red grapes, string cheese.
