Fat: 75.85g | Prot: 78.57g | Carb: 169.19g.   Breakfast:  red potato, coffee, half and half, banana. Lunch:  ezekial bread 7 grain, earth balance peanut butter and coconut, orange, sardines, altoids. Dinner:  bok choy, rocket, muir glen black bean and corn salsa, daisy light sour cream, jennie o extra lean ground turkey, reduced fat shredded cheese. Snacks/Other:  raisin, green tea.
