Fat: 75.85g | Prot: 78.57g | Carb: 169.19g.   Breakfast:  banana, coffee, half and half, red potato. Lunch:  altoids, earth balance peanut butter and coconut, ezekial bread 7 grain, orange, sardines. Dinner:  bok choy, daisy light sour cream, jennie o extra lean ground turkey, muir glen black bean and corn salsa, reduced fat shredded cheese, rocket. Snacks/Other:  green tea, raisin.
