Fat: 96.06g | Prot: 69.26g | Carb: 285.22g.   Breakfast:  Fat Free French Vanilla Yogurt, oatmeal quaker, Peanut Butter, Rice Cakes - Caramel Corn, Rice Chex, Smuckers Sugar Free Strawberry. Lunch:  Apples, Peanut Butter. Dinner:  Avocados, Lettuce, Light Ranch Dressing, Original Salad fixins', Seasoned Croutons, Steak Gorgonzola. Snacks/Other:  Medium Salsa, Rice Cakes - Cheddar Cheese.
