Fat: 96.25g | Prot: 159.16g | Carb: 95.09g.   Breakfast:  Ready Rice - Natural Whole Grain Brown, Naturally Aged Sharp Racer's Edge Vermont Cheddar Cheese, Medium Salsa, Mission Low Carb Whole Wheat Burritto 8 Count, Skinless Chicken Breast, Sweet Red Peppers, egg. Lunch:  Quaker Rice Cakes caramel corn, sugar free apricot preserve, Grilled Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, Parmesan Cheese (Grated). Dinner:  Steamfresh Vegetables (Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas & Water Chestnuts), Beef T-Bone Steak (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade).
