Lunch: Grilled Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Quaker Rice Cakes caramel corn, sugar free apricot preserve. Dinner: Beef T-Bone Steak (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Steamfresh Vegetables (Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas & Water Chestnuts).
