Fat: 77.17g | Prot: 97.59g | Carb: 762.25g.   Breakfast:  Triple Nut & Flakes Cereal. Lunch:  fuji organic apple, ginger, grapefruit, Green Plant Juice Blend, lemon, lime, oranges. Dinner:  baby portobello mushrooms, black pepper, broccoli slaw, cayenne pepper, chard, Chinese Cabbage (Bok-Choy, Pak-Choi), garlic, green peppers, kimchi, liquid aminos, meatless patties 365, nutritional yeast, Organic 6 Sprout Oatmeal Bread, Organic Crunchy Sprouts, Organic Papaya Poppy Seed Dressing, red onion, tomatoes, turmeric. Snacks/Other:  cinnamon crunch organic, kashi blossom.
