Fat: 77.17g | Prot: 97.59g | Carb: 762.25g.   Breakfast:  Triple Nut & Flakes Cereal. Lunch:  Green Plant Juice Blend, ginger, lemon, lime, grapefruit, oranges, fuji organic apple. Dinner:  chard, Organic Crunchy Sprouts, tomatoes, garlic, broccoli slaw, kimchi, Organic Papaya Poppy Seed Dressing, red onion, baby portobello mushrooms, black pepper, cayenne pepper, turmeric, liquid aminos, nutritional yeast, green peppers, meatless patties 365, Organic 6 Sprout Oatmeal Bread, Chinese Cabbage (Bok-Choy, Pak-Choi). Snacks/Other:  kashi blossom, cinnamon crunch organic.
