Fat: 36.74g | Prot: 104.70g | Carb: 141.51g.   Breakfast:  NNW Healthy 100% Whey, oatmeal, unsweetened almond milk. Lunch:  almonds, angel food cake, balsamic dressing, grilled chicken breast strips, spinach, strawberries. Dinner:  chicken breast, confetti cake dip, Valley Fresh Steamers Pasta and Vegetables with Alfredo Sauce. Snacks/Other:  power bar.
