Fat: 122.64g | Prot: 108.62g | Carb: 153.48g.   Breakfast:  mcdonalds hash brown, mcgriddle. Lunch:  mashed potatoes, meatloaf, vanilla muscle milk. Dinner:  blue cheese dressing, croutons, side salad. Snacks/Other:  back to nature cashew, bacon, ham&turkey flatbread subway, scrambled eggs.
