Fat: 182.08g | Prot: 119.64g | Carb: 625.46g.   Breakfast:  Honey, Bananas, Sweeteners (Splenda Packets, Sucralose), Coffee, Wheat Germ, Oat Bran, Flaxseed Seeds, Soy Milk, Ocean Spray Craisins Dried Cranberries, Winco muesli cereal. Lunch:  Peanuts, Foster Farms Turkey Franks, Anheuser-Busch Bud Light Beer, Potato Chips. Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli (Fat Added in Cooking), Mashed Potato, Beef Eye Of Round (Trimmed to 1/2" Fat, Prime Grade). Snacks/Other:  Skittles Original (Package), Welch's Fruit Snacks Fat Free, Betty Crocker Triple Chocolate Hot Fudge Cake Complete Desserts.
