Fat: 51.78g | Prot: 75.33g | Carb: 216.23g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Coffee, Granola Cereal, Old Wessex 5 Grain Cereal, Soy Milk, Sweeteners (Splenda Packets, Sucralose). Lunch:  Apples, Black Beans (Canned), Sauerkraut (Solid and Liquids, Canned), Season Brand Norway Sardines in Olive Oil. Dinner:  Bell Peppers, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe), Schwan's Chicken Lo Mein, V8 Original 100% Vegetable Juice (5.5 oz), Young Green Onions, Zucchini.
