Fat: 51.78g | Prot: 75.33g | Carb: 216.23g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Sweeteners (Splenda Packets, Sucralose), Old Wessex 5 Grain Cereal, Granola Cereal, Soy Milk, Bananas. Lunch:  Black Beans (Canned), Season Brand Norway Sardines in Olive Oil, Apples, Sauerkraut (Solid and Liquids, Canned). Dinner:  Schwan's Chicken Lo Mein, Zucchini, Bell Peppers, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Young Green Onions, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe), V8 Original 100% Vegetable Juice (5.5 oz).
