Lunch:  Blueberry Yoghurt, Almonds, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Dubliner Irish Cheese, Blueberries, Unsweetened Organic Coconut Flakes, Raisins. Dinner:  Broccoli, Rainbow Trout (Farmed), Pinot Noir Wine, Whiskey (86 Proof). Snacks/Other:  Goats Milk, More Muscle.
