Lunch:  Almonds, Blueberries, Blueberry Yoghurt, Dubliner Irish Cheese, Raisins, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Unsweetened Organic Coconut Flakes. Dinner:  Broccoli, Pinot Noir Wine, Rainbow Trout (Farmed), Whiskey (86 Proof). Snacks/Other:  Goats Milk, More Muscle.
