Fat: 104.55g | Prot: 146.26g | Carb: 229.13g.   Breakfast:  egg, yogurt, Large Flake Oats, milk, banana. Lunch:  wholemeal, sweetcorn, chicken, chees. Dinner:  asparagus, green beans, chicken, double cream, potato. Snacks/Other:  crunchy granola bar, protein shake.
