Fat: 104.55g | Prot: 146.26g | Carb: 229.13g.   Breakfast:  banana, egg, Large Flake Oats, milk, yogurt. Lunch:  chees, chicken, sweetcorn, wholemeal. Dinner:  asparagus, chicken, double cream, green beans, potato. Snacks/Other:  crunchy granola bar, protein shake.
