Fat: 58.04g | Prot: 142.25g | Carb: 176.28g.   Breakfast:  butter, castlewood reserve oven roasted turkey, frozen sweet whole kernel corn, honey wheat sliced bread, parmesan encrusted tilapia, shelled soybeans edamame. Lunch:  big 100 colossal brownie, double chocolate crunch protein.
