Fat: 63.08g | Prot: 60.35g | Carb: 137.20g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Cream, Double Blueberry Pancakes, Garden Omelette. Lunch:  Mayonnaise (Made with Tofu), Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water. Dinner:  Bananas, cilantro, Kale, lean 1 Protein Powder. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Crackers.
