Fat: 83.56g | Prot: 104.98g | Carb: 253.59g.   Breakfast:  bagel , coffee, cream cheese. Lunch:  apple, fruit at the bottom, grilled chicken, pasta salad, salad, salt and vinegar, sports drink. Dinner:  optimum nutrition. Snacks/Other:  Gold Chocolate Mint Cookie Crunch.
