Fat: 53.62g | Prot: 57.56g | Carb: 160.06g.   Breakfast:  2 egg white omelet with olives and broccoli, white toast, 4 oz. orange juice, chai latte. Dinner:  grilled pork chop, baked potatoe, cooked carrots, skim milk. Snacks/Other:  vanilla biscotti coffee, saltine crackers, girl scout cookie, ice cream, peanut butter.
