Fat: 61.00g | Prot: 52.80g | Carb: 188.03g.   Breakfast:  banana, english muffin, half and half, hard boiled egg, hazelnut syrup, honey, starbucks coffee grande. Lunch:  celery, deli turkey meat, laughing cow sun dried tomato, lettuce, peanut butter, sandwich thins, slice of tomato. Dinner:  campbells mexican chicken and rice soup, guacamole, tortilla chips. Snacks/Other:  corn chips, diet coke.
