Fat: 61.00g | Prot: 52.80g | Carb: 188.03g.   Breakfast:  half and half, starbucks coffee grande, hazelnut syrup, english muffin, honey, hard boiled egg, banana. Lunch:  sandwich thins, deli turkey meat, slice of tomato, lettuce, celery, peanut butter, laughing cow sun dried tomato. Dinner:  campbells mexican chicken and rice soup, tortilla chips, guacamole. Snacks/Other:  diet coke, corn chips.
