Fat: 72.89g | Prot: 85.40g | Carb: 158.81g.   Breakfast:  english muffin, hard boiled egg, peanut butter, red delicious apple. Lunch:  celery, deli turkey meat, lettuce, peanut butter, sandwich thins, slice of tomato, swiss cheese. Dinner:  McCafe Mocha, Premium Grilled Chicken Club sandwich.
