Fat: 38.54g | Prot: 66.81g | Carb: 190.72g.   Breakfast:  protein bar, Cherry Unsweetened Soft Drink Mix. Lunch:  mashed potatoes, corn, Perfect Portions Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, diet sweet tea. Dinner:  right size smoothie, great value chewy granola bar, diet sweet tea. Snacks/Other:  lance toaste chee, koolaid, pepperment.
