Fat: 82.64g | Prot: 53.96g | Carb: 149.92g.   Breakfast:  coffee, French Vanilla Soymilk Creamer. Lunch:  sonic peppers, sonic cheese tots. Dinner:  Spicy & Garlic Shrimp (6 Each), chili's black beans. Snacks/Other:  Clementines, hugs, Spicy Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, baby carrots.
