Fat: 45.07g | Prot: 67.84g | Carb: 163.49g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, kashi crunch cereal, skim milk. Lunch:  natures own whole wheat, peanut butter jif, welchs strawberry spread. Dinner:  Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich, Fruit Cup (Small), Honey Roasted BBQ Sauce. Snacks/Other:  planters dry roasted peanuts.
