Fat: 59.69g | Prot: 78.05g | Carb: 212.48g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Granulated Sugar, Quaker 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Turkey Bacon, Water (Bottled). Lunch:  Bolthouse Farms Baby-Cut Carrots Mini Bags, Chicken or Turkey Garden Salad (Chicken and/or Turkey, Other Vegetables Excluding Tomato and Carrots), Water (Bottled), Whole Wheat Crackers. Dinner:  Bush's Best Baked Beans, Low Sodium Green String Beans (Canned), Smoked Pork and Beef Sausage Link. Snacks/Other:  Pears, Plums.
