Fat: 44.82g | Prot: 111.06g | Carb: 149.97g.   Breakfast:  Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), banana, soya milk, Oats. Lunch:  Sour Dough Bread, Better Than Ricotta Cheese, Chicken-Style Seitan, olive oil, Home Fries, BBQ Sauce. Dinner:  Soy Protein Isolate, olice oil, broccoli frozen, soy milk, onion, Potato Starch.
