Fat: 44.82g | Prot: 111.06g | Carb: 149.97g.   Breakfast:  banana, Oats, soya milk, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen). Lunch:  BBQ Sauce, Better Than Ricotta Cheese, Chicken-Style Seitan, Home Fries, olive oil, Sour Dough Bread. Dinner:  broccoli frozen, olice oil, onion, Potato Starch, soy milk, Soy Protein Isolate.
