Fat: 28.83g | Prot: 80.90g | Carb: 227.60g.   Breakfast:  avena, Leche Deslactosada Light, platano. Lunch:  aguacate, Atún Aleta Amarilla en Agua, ejotes, mayonesa light, tostadas horneadas, zanahoria. Dinner:  aguacate, avena, clara de huevo , ejotes. Snacks/Other:  almendras, kiwi, manzana, melon.
