Lunch: Fajita Style Chicken Sandwich with Cheese, Lettuce and Tomato on Pita Bread. Dinner: Mild Italian Chicken Sausage , Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce , Whole Grain Penne Pasta . Snacks/Other: rectangular crackers, roasted Red Pepper Hummus , Traditional Lager.
