Fat: 48.51g | Prot: 47.27g | Carb: 250.90g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, naturally more peanut spread, Strawberry Jam, whole grain bread. Lunch:  banana, Craisins Dried Cranberries, gala apple, special k cereal bar . Dinner:  aloo ki bhujia, milk, roti, salad. Snacks/Other:  honey grahams crackers, naturally more peanut spread.
