Fat: 48.51g | Prot: 47.27g | Carb: 250.90g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, Strawberry Jam, whole grain bread, naturally more peanut spread. Lunch:  special k cereal bar , Craisins Dried Cranberries, gala apple, banana. Dinner:  roti, aloo ki bhujia, milk, salad. Snacks/Other:  naturally more peanut spread, honey grahams crackers.
