Fat: 77.26g | Prot: 30.49g | Carb: 181.62g.   Breakfast:  cup of 1% milk. Lunch:  1 cup squash soup, 2 cups quinoa, 2 cups raw spinach, dark chocolate, fresh blueberries, oil and vinegar dressing. Dinner:  beef sausage, boysenberry jam, butter, wheat bread. Snacks/Other:  pecan shortbread, shortbread cookies.
