Fat: 102.48g | Prot: 107.12g | Carb: 37.63g.   Breakfast:  Butter, Coffee, Cream, Egg, Eggplant, Mushrooms, Splenda, Water, Yellow and red sweet Pepper. Lunch:  Avocados, Cucumber (with Peel), Smoked salmon. Dinner:  Beef rib steak, Celery, Cucumber (with Peel), Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Olive Oil, Salad greens, Sun dried tomatoes, Tomato. Snacks/Other:  Atkins day break chocolate hazelnut bar, Babybel cheese, Decaffeinated black tea.
