Fat: 34.90g | Prot: 66.18g | Carb: 187.32g.   Breakfast:  banana, coffee, coffee mate fat free creamer, kellogs special k cereal, skim milk. Lunch:  Culinary Collection Chicken Carbonara, melon. Dinner:  bonless pork chop, green giant steamer garden vegetable medley, idahoan roasted garlic mashed potatoes. Snacks/Other:  activia light, orange, wasabi and soy almonds.
