Fat: 81.39g | Prot: 56.79g | Carb: 323.42g.   Breakfast:  Country Hearth Multigrain Bread, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, Smucker's Orchard's Finest Northwest Triple Berry Preserves. Lunch:  Brown Gravy, Cheddar Cheese, Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen). Dinner:  Ground Beef (70% Lean / 30% Fat), hamburger bun, Ketchup, Kraft Velveeta Cheese Slices, Taquitos with Chicken. Snacks/Other:  Grapefruit (Pink and Red).
